Yacht House is awesome! If you are looking for a unique experience this place is for you! Very comfortable for a tiny house, it has everything you need. Enjoying local wine in the hot tube under the stars there is no better way to end the day. Alvaro is a wonderful host, with quick replies to any questions you might have. If this place is free when you want to stay don’t pass it up. You won’t regret the adventure.

WINE VALLEY CASABLANCA

Tiny Home is a gem Tiny yet it has it all. Good size shower and bathroom, spacious kitchen and plenty of room in the mezzanine with a full size mattress and couch. The place was sparkling clean with all you need to cook in or out. The front yard has a grill, deck and a super nice hot tub. I recommend turning off the lights if you want to experience a magical sky full of stars while enjoying nice fire on the pit. Communication with Alvaro was excellent and also recommended a local taxi driver who was exceptional. Casablanca has great wines and people are super nice… Make sure you bring your groceries since there are no supermarkets close to this beautiful place. Highly recommended, a must go place!

El lugar es excelente, muy tranquilo para desconectarse un fin de semana. La arquitectura de la cabaña es increíble. Una de las mejores experiencias fue el hot tub.

CONCEPT AND ARCHITECTURE

El arquitecto Álvaro Rojas Vio ha desarrollado casas de pequeño formato desde 2003. Siempre casas de playa y montaña hechas normalmente de madera y materiales más ligeros.

Se ha inspirado en la disminución de la huella ecológica, la sustentablidad y el deseo de hacer de la vida un menor impacto ambiental.

Estas tres casas comparten su visión y conceptos sobre cómo compartir con la naturaleza y disfrutar la experiencia de habitar lo mínimo holgadamente.

Su innovación en el diseño lo ha llevado a obtener dos de estas pequeñas casas como menciones honrosas en concursos internacionales en 2014 y 2018.

The Architect Alvaro Rojas Vio has been doing small houses in Chile since 2003. Always beach and mountain houses made normally on wood and lighter materials.

He has been inspired deeply about ecological footprint , sustainability and the desire of making small living a way of life.

These three houses share his vision and concepts about engaging nature and enjoying the experience of proximity without crowdness.

His innovation in design has led into having two of this tinyhouses as honorable mentions in international competitions in 2014 and 2018.
